Ultrasonic tube filling and sealing machine with the following equipment:
- Basic machine
- automatic tube alignment according to the typeface or identification mark
- Ultrasonic capping unit for closing PE and laminate tubes
- Coding device on the tube fold, one-sided, incl. 4 set of coding numbers (0-9)
- Cutting device on the tube fold
- 1 format set for PE tube size D.35 mm
- Format range 13mm - 50mm tube diameter
- Cycle rate 10 - 15 tubes/min. Depending on product and operator
