Cutting machines COMPART S44.004

COMPART S44.004 die cutting press was manufactured in 1995 in Germany. This production-oriented machine is mainly designed for fast and accurate cutting in various types of soft non-metallic materials but it can also be used as an extruder. Materials taken from rolls or sheets are machined by a cutting head moving along a horizontal beam. This solution allows the cutting plane to be extended to allow the operator to position the die and to insert or remove cut material. The COMPART die cutting press is offered with a screw compressor and an air tank with a capacity of 400 litres. The machine has so far been used for the production of polyethylene-based foam parts. The S44.004 cutting machine weighs 2700 kg.
