EAGLE eVision 1530 F4.0 4kW fiber laser was built in 2016 in Poland.
The machine has been maintained and upgraded on an ongoing basis
throughout its service life. In 2021, the cutting head and modules in
the laser source were replaced.
The laser cutting machine is designed for machining sheet metal made
of, among others, stainless steel and aluminium. The state-of-the-art
4kW fibre beam cutting technology, combined with a stable work table
and a specially designed cutting head, achieves excellent dimensional
and shape precision over the entire workpiece area, regardless of the
cut material. The low cutting edge and small heat-affected zone
additionally ensure that the workpiece geometry is not altered during
machining at the edges of the material. The eVision 1530 F4.0 fiber
laser is offered with equipment consisting of, among others, an
intuitive BECKHOFF CNC controller and a DONALDSON TORIT DCE
multi-chamber extraction system. The total weight of the machine is
approximately 18000 kg.
