ECKERT JANTAR 2 plasma cutting machine was built in Poland in 2008.
The 14 metre long and 4 metre wide stable frame of the machine allows
for efficient cutting of large-size details while maintaining
excellent precision and quality of processing. In order to ensure a
high level of comfort and safety, the work table is equipped with
ventilation and an extraction system for exhaust fumes into tanks and
feed bags, which effectively eliminates the dust generated during
cutting.
The JANTAR 2 plasma cutting machine can be expanded with other
elements, such as devices for cutting and processing steel pipes or
welding thin metal sheets using the piezoelectric method, giving the
possibility of adapting the machine to the individual needs of a
production facility. In addition, the machine comes with extensive
equipment, including an easy-to-use ECKERT CNC controller and FastCAM
software with a very useful NESTING function, which maximises the use
of space on the workpiece.
