The slicer is equipped with 4 stores consisting of:
- 4 synchronous pimple belt conveyors controlled by a servo motor
- 4 chutes defined according to the products to be sliced
- Pneumatic control for clearance of chutes from belts for loading

CUTTING TROLLEY

- The cut is provided by a ribbon blade on 2 titanium 200 flywheels mounted on a titanium transverse piece
- The guide of the cutting trolley is carried out by rails and rollers "Hepco stainless steel"
- The cutting movement is controlled by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer, a through shaft and two crank E5646413 connecting rod systems
- The E5646413 steering wheels are driven by a Sew Usocome geared motor equipped with a drive shaft and an expandable pulley allowing a constant tension of the drive V-belt.
- A torque limiter tension system allows the tension on the ribbon blade to be adjusted correctly.
- The lubrication of the cutting blade is provided by an automatic gun powered by a low-pressure water network.

REMOVAL CONVEYOR:
- The reception and distribution of the wafers is ensured by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor motorized by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer
- Removal of products by a sword with a diameter of 16 mm at the end of the conveyor
- Quick tape release system.
- Openwork floor to facilitate its cleaning.
- Conveyor entirely made of stainless steel.
