It is a recontitioned Fortuna fully automatic bun roll press size 3 for sale. The machine head can be swivelled, switched off with active movement. The machine is in very good condition, fully functional and runs very smoothly. It has been repainted. The machine head of the machine is in very good condition, a new stainless steel cutting knife has been installed, no wear is visible. A new control box with new contactors has been installed. The machine has a reverse run button and an intervention protection.
The weight range of the machine is 32gr. - 70gr. per piece of dough (30 pieces). If dough pieces are only pressed and cut, a higher weight range is possible.
