GEKA HYDRACROP 110 SD hydraulic ironworker machine was built in 2009
in Spain by MAQUINARIA GEKA S.L.U. It is an extremely powerful and
versatile machine designed for complex machining of steel parts,
making it ideal for use in both production plants and locksmith
workshops. The machine enables multiple machining operations to be
performed in one place, such as punching holes and shearing flat bars,
angle bars and steel bars.
The GEKA HYDRACROP 110 SD is equipped with 5 independent workstations
with interchangeable tools made of high-quality tool steel. Each
station is hydraulically controlled by two cylinders and separate
footswitches. This solution enables the simultaneous operation of two
operators at different stations, which results in increased efficiency
and production effectiveness. All this is complemented by a robust
design, ensuring high stability even under intensive use. The GEKA HYD
