Bottling line for breweries – capacity: 15,000 bottles per hour
This bottling line was installed in 2015 by the German manufacturer
Hormes as part of a complete brewery. The entire bottling line has
been dismantled and is available. The production capacity is 15,000
bottles per hour, ideal for 0.33-liter non-returnable glass
bottles.
Components of the filling line:
New glass lifters | Hormes
• Pallet size: Suitable for new glass pallets measuring 1000 mm x
1200 mm
• Drive: Electrically operated chain hoist for efficient lifting
operations
• Truss length: approx. 4,500 mm
Fully Automatic Rinser | Hormes
• Capacity: Up to 15,000 bottles per hour
• Nozzles: At least 36 spray nozzles, matched to a specific bottle
size
• Cleaning: Cleaning the inside of the bottles with fresh water,
spraying time approx. 1.5 sec., draining time approx. 5 sec.
Automatic Bottle Filling & Capping Machine | KHS
• Capacity: 50 filling valves and 10 capping points for standard
crown caps (26 mm)
• Filling capacity: Up to 15,000 bottles per hour
• Material: All parts in contact with the product are made of
stainless U51260820 steel
Fully Automatic Labeling Machine | Krones
• Capacity: Up to 16,000 bottles per hour
• Labeling: Supports belly, back and chest labeling with two units,
label length up to 130 mm
Carton Packing Machine | Krones/Kettner Wrapapack
• Packaging options: For packaging in cartons or trays
• Equipment: With magazine compartment for cardboard blanks and hot
melt machine
