TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The HUGART DS20000 is a modern, eight-row machine used in the food
industry for sealing a full range of food-processed products in
plastic packaging. The machine's modern frame design, integrated with
a slat conveyor, allows for the installation of a series of primary
and secondary workstations for filling, sealing, grouping, and
packaging cups into work packages. The use of servo drives allows for
smooth adjustment of the machine's output, up to 20,000 packages per
hour with capacities ranging from 0.125 liters to 0.5 liters. The
machine's primary material is 0H18N9 chrome-nickel steel. The design
of the frame and individual workstations is designed to meet the
strict hygiene standards of the food industry.

The DS20000 machine includes:
- FRAME – provides the base for mounting all workstations. Made of
rolled and cold-formed 0H18N9 steel profiles.
- PLATE CONVEYOR - the conveyor forms an integral part of the frame;
the plates (lamellas) are mounted on two acid-resistant chains with a
pitch of 1.5 mm. 1" cups, moving along the frame. Each plate
accommodates eight sockets with a diameter adapted to the cups being
filled. The conveyor's stroke drive is provided by an HC-SFS202 servo
motor, which is transferred to the conveyor drive shaft via a GKS
07-3N SAR 1E conical reducer.
- CUP PRESENCE CONTROL – a system that checks the presence of cups
in individual sockets; if a missing cup is detected, the machine will
not proceed to the next step.
- DISPENSER – a volumetric dispenser with eight piston pumps and a
rotary distributor. A product tank with automatic level measurement
and automatic product refilling during operation is integrated with
the main dispenser.
- PLATINUM STATION – an automatic sealing lid feeder with an
additional extendable aluminum lid reservoir.
- SEALING STATION – the lids are sealed using a pivotally mounted
sealing bar using the appropriately high pressure.
- PRODUCT MARKING STATION – marking is performed during the
conveyor's idle cycle using a printer, with the head moving on a
servo-driven cross guide.
- CUPS REMOVAL AND GROUPING STATION – finished product is removed
using a servo-driven ejector, allowing the lifting height to be
adjusted from the operator's panel depending on the cup height.
- HYGIENIC GUARDS – the work area from the cup pickup point to the
sealing point; stainless steel covers and high-impact polycarbonate
windows. Filtered air is blown inside the cover to maintain product
hygiene and sterility.
- AUTOMATION – the machine is fully automated, controlled from a
control panel mounted on a sliding arm.
- PNEUMATICS – the machine is equipped with pneumatic actuators and
a compressed air reservoir.
