OPTION 1 – Disassembled engine block, each component individually preserved, ready for storage or reassembly. Work performed:

Block brushing/cleaning
Pre-wash of cylinders in Ceever tank
Final wash
Inspection and lapping of main bearing housings
Lapping and inspection of crankshaft (standard size)
Unplugging, washing and re-plugging of crankshaft oil galleries
Washing, lapping and inspection of camshaft

Oil pump overhaul
