Functional description:
Cheese blocks are placed manually on a driven inlet belt and pushed onto a ramp. The ramp is placed in a horizontal position and the block is centered by a system of lateral pressures. The ram is automatically moved and the block is cut into the appropriate number of bars towards the long side. After cutting is finished, the ram is withdrawn and the ramp is raised to accept the next block. The cut bars go to the second cutting section. If we need to cut the block or long ribbons crosswise, the actuator is activated in the transverse system and pushes the block through the second frame set crosswise to the first. The cut ribbons go to the roller slide from where they are collected by the employee.
