Used stainless steel vertical lifting device for rising and tilting pans. Working height of rising up to 320 cm. Total height of the tower 396 cm. Machine is equipped with stainless steel cart for mounting pans with distance between holders 1115 mm. Pan is tilted manually through gearbox. Machine is equipped with electrically driven hoist with working capacity up to 500 kg. Together with machine are included two stainless steel pans:
First with volume 350 l - made by Kates (PL). Tank has internal dimensions: diameter 770 mm x length of straight side of wall 760 mm. Flat bottom, no discharge outlet. Top open, with stainless steel cover mounted on eigth clamps. Tank has two side wall shafts/supports for tilt discharge. Pan is mounted on mobile stainless steel platform.
Second with volume 250 l - made by Kates (PL). Tank has internal dimensions: diameter 630 mm x length of straight side of wall 800 mm. Flat bottom, no discharge outlet. Top open, with stainless steel cover mounted on eigth clamps. Tank has two side wall shafts/supports for tilt discharge. Pan is mounted on mobile stainless steel platform. Also there are included two stainless steel conics - one for mounting on pan 250 l, second for mounting on 350 l pan. Both conics have butterfly discharge valves and manually operated delumpers.
