Execution:
Lifting/tilting device in left-hand version, which means:
The loading trolley is retracted into the lifting fork to the left of the mast at right angles to the slide axle!
The mast, lifting fork and the fairing of the machine are completely made of stainless steel, material no. 1.4301, surfaces ground.
The "slider" and the "slider axle" to accommodate the lifting fork are not made of stainless steel, but are spray-galvanized for corrosion protection.
The lifting fork is designed to accommodate standard loading trolleys (according to DIN 9797).
The wagons are emptied via their narrow side.
The lift is completely ready for connection, with all safety equipment, including the adjustable limit switches in the top and bottom position as well as a safety limit switch as max.- max. lifting height limiter.

The machine is operated via a control panel with three buttons.
The buttons are assigned the functions "UP-STOP-DOWN".
The upward movement of the lifting fork takes place in self-stance, the downward movement via "dead man's gear".
The drive for the lifting and lowering movement consists of a geared brake motor and a roller chain connected to the slider together with the necessary sprockets.
The brake motor prevents the lifting fork from sinking under load in the event of a power failure.
The slider is equipped with a mechanical safety device that prevents the lifting fork from running down in the event of chain breakage, even under load.

The supply lines required for the electrical connection of the machine as well as the fastening material for the installation of the machine on site are not part of our scope of supply and services and must be provided by the customer.

Attention, from a lifting height of 3,050 mm, the lifting/tilting devices must be supported on a building wall/ceiling or on the machine to be loaded in addition to the floor fastening!
Please note that, depending on the type of user, the machine must be equipped with certain safety systems (e.g. protective cage, or various covers, etc.) in order to prevent it from being in the danger area or reaching into it while the machine is running.
