KUKA KR30-3 industrial robot was built in 2015. This compact machine
with a robust design is the perfect solution for many applications
such as handling, milling or welding workpieces where short cycle
times and high accuracy are required. The increased arm’s range of
movement allows free operation in all positions, even in hard-to-reach
places. In addition, in order to achieve excellent dynamic movements
combined with high process reliability, each of the 6 axes is driven
by a powerful servo motor. The KUKA industrial robot designed in this
way optimises even the most intensive production processes, while
maintaining the highest productivity.
The KUKA KR 30-3 robot arm was used sporadically and worked a small
number of hours. Its task was the operation of injection moulds
(picking up, handling and depositing previously prepared cores). The
KR 30-3 6-axis robot weighs 665 kg.
