The machine is designed for the automatic formation of flat V-shaped sachets as well as stand-up Doypack sachets. It packages loose, granulated, liquid and semi-liquid materials, e.g. gel. The machine is equipped with a volumetric dosing unit and a dosing unit for liquid and semi-liquid products
Packaging materials include: polyethylene-coated paper + aluminium, metallised film, laminated films, etc.
Packaging material width – max. 500 mm
Pouch height: 80–180 mm
Machine output when operating on two lanes: 70 units/min
The Sp-200 machine is built on a self-supporting frame with safety guards. All components can be easily dismantled for cleaning and maintenance.
