Service History:
At 21,000 hours, major maintenance was performed relating to: pistons,
liners, turbo overhaul, and intercooler replacement.
At 42,000 hours, another maintenance is scheduled identical to the
21,000-hour one + connecting rod replacement.
At 31,500 hours, the generator was overhauled with bearing
replacement.
The "exchange" overhaul is scheduled at 63,000 hours.

Scope of supply: Complete Trigeneration Plant.
The trigeneration plant consists of two endothermic engines fueled by
methane gas, each having the following main characteristics:
• Chemical power input 2,130 kW
• Electrical power 849 kW
• Engine jacket heat recovery 511 kW at 78/90°C
• Diathermic oil boiler from exhaust 469 kW at 105/300°C
• NOx emissions 250 mg/Nm3
Overall, the plant is capable of producing:
• Electrical power 1,698 kW
• Thermal power at 90°C 1,022 kW
• Diathermic oil power 938 kW
• Cooling power (from absorber) 945 kW
