Bücker & Essing GmbH assumes the warranty exclusively for the delivery volumes supplied by it. A warranty for damages that are not directly related to the delivered and performed thing, as well as a warranty for consequential damages, are expressly not assumed.
The warranty is assumed for a further 12 months at the most or until 8000 operating hours have been reached after commissioning, whichever of the two cases occurs first. Regardless of the commissioning date, the maximum warranty period is 15 months after delivery.
The warranty case must be notified immediately in writing.
Warranty claims can only be asserted if the commissioning and maintenance have been carried out and documented in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations. Commissioning must be carried out by specialist personnel who have been authorised by the manufacturer or Bücker & Essing.
