NUKON EXTREME LASER 25180 12kW fiber laser was built in 2021 in Turkey by NUKON Laser Cutting Machines Co. The machine is designed for precision cutting of large-format sheet metal with maximum dimensions of 12000 x 2500 mm. Thanks to the use of many state-of-the-art technical solutions, it is perfect for both unit and series production, guaranteeing high quality and repeatability of the manufactured parts.

The NUKON EXTREME LASER 25180 performs 5-axis laser cutting with the NLCH cutting head, designed for demanding industrial environments. A number of unique features are incorporated inside the aluminium body to ensure the head meets and surpasses current industry standards. The focusing system used, together with the high-end optical system, enables accurate cutting of even very thin workpieces while maintaining high edge quality. In addition, the high energy efficiency optimises energy consumption while reducing operating costs. The modular design facilitates servicing and replacement of optical components without having to disassemble the entire system, significantly reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.

The NUKON EXTREME 25180 fibre laser is also extremely easy to use. The machine is equipped with an advanced CNC control system with CAD/CAM software, which improves the preparation and execution of the machining process. Above the operator panel, there is an additional screen with a view of the camera image from cameras located inside the workspace, enabling the machining process to be monitored in real time. The NUKON laser cutting machine weighs 35900 kg.
