Functional Description
This semi-automatic machine has been designed to fill pre-formed cases that are loaded manually onto the hopper. The hopper is set at a height that can vary between 800 and 920mm and the cartons are moved into the stacking area by means of a conveyor belt.
Depending on the size of the cases and cartons that the machine packs, a pre-stacking station can be added to the stacking zone.
This permits the automatic feedbacking of cartons yet to be stacked during the transfer phases of the cartons to the hopper or to the cases.
The case is held on the hopper by means of the carriage; Once the case has been filled the carriage moves the case down and onto the outfeed idle roller
