Used stainless steel conical nauta type powder mixer by Pharming type HV 600 (CZ). Cone has diameter 1440 mm x height 1855 mm. Total volume of tank about 1300 l, working volume up to 600 l.
Total height 2770 mm. Standard mixing screw is top driven by el. motor 3 kW, 965 rpm, 230-400 V, 50 hz, and supported by bottom pintle bearing. Arm rotation - 2 rpm. Screw rotation - 60 rpm. Discharge via bottom rotary slide outlet valve, operated manually. Mixer is mounted on 3 lugs with carbon steel supports. Included technical documentation.
