The roaster is currently disassembled and ready for refurbishing. It will be completely refurbished featuring:
new insulation
new bearings
new direct drive motors with speed control on the destoner, drum and exhaust fan
new pneumatics
new electric cabinet and controls (optional: PLC and touchscreen with R552389 automatic roasting and profililng)
new cooling bin sheathing
modulation of the burner will be installed
new paint (powder coating and temperature resistant paint)
