Brushing grinding machines PROCHERA SPS2 1050 DKC

PROCHERA SPS2 1050 DKC brush sanding machine was built in 2015 in Poland by P.P.U.H. Dariusz Prochera. The machine is used for multi-sided sanding of wooden components before varnishing and between successive stages of varnishing. It prepares the surface for varnishing and then smooths it before the application of the final coat.

The PROCHERA SPS2 features 14 sanding heads with manual position adjustment and automatic speed control. The heads use abrasive flap wheels interspersed with sweeping elements. Workpieces are moved on a belt conveyor with continuously adjustable speed. The conveyor is controlled via a DELTA controller with a touch screen. The PROCHERA brush sanding machine weighs 1800 kg.
