Laboratory heating press with pressing pressure 40 KN (4 tons), ratio 1 : 16, spindle diameter 45 mm, pitch 8 mm, spindle stroke 0.5 mm per revolution.
Gear motor 0.75 KW, 1,500 rpm, 4-pole, with spur gear i = 1:5,
Speed 150 mm / min. Max dynamic load 25 kN.
With reversible control, emergency stop and motor protection plug.
Total weight approx. 100 kg, table surface 600 600 mm, pressing surface approx. 150 250 mm, clear height approx. 60 mm.

Base made of high-quality aluminium profiles 4545 mm,
the table top is made of glued plywood top.

The laboratory heating press has 40 kN pressing pressure (dynamic load).

The spindle is self-locking and thus maintains the pressing force for a longer period of time.

For an R534068 extra charge with heating plate, insulating plate and temperature control up to 220°C for use as a heating press.

Suitable for pressing work with heat for embossing and deformation, plate bonding,
Welding of plastics with contact heat.
