New deburring machine for safe and to efficiently deburr workpieces.
6 - angular drum lined with wear-resistant vulcanized rubber 36 mm, roller
shutter to protect against the rotating container, stable design, simple
service. Control panel with timer, hour counter, main and emergency stop switch
and signal lamp. The maximum filling quantity is 40% of the containervolume and
corresponds to 300 kg consisting of 175 kg workpieces + 125 kg deburring medium
= Hard manganese balls pic 6 or cast iron pentagons pic 7 (50 kg is included in
the price).
This are available from Sideros. Sideros ECO dust extraction available at extra
cost.
The manufacturer recommends taking 100 kg samples of the material to be deburred
to be sent to the factory in Italy for test purposes before ordering.
