Filling Line for Carbonated Soft and Flat Drinks in PET Bottles 12000 bph

Complete PET line for CSD and flat products from two preform feeding to palletizer. It has two side by side SIPA 4 cavity inline blow moulders with preform feeding systems, filler-capper is Melegari 50 valve isobaric filler with 8 head Arol capper for short PCO 1881 caps. ISOJET EP filler has an accurate filling and process control with electro-pneumatic control system of valves, and it can fill both carbonated and non-carbonated water and soft drinks. It has also air pre-evacuation with CO2 if needed and it is equipped with fully automatic CIP system and a touch screen” operator panel for control of the production and sanitization cycles. Labelling is made with Makro roll fed hot melt labeller, consumer packs are film shrink wrapped with positioning in six different formats. Palletizing is made on EURO and ½ EURO pallets with two ABB robots.
