CNC Plasma Cutting Machines STIGAL DYNAMIC

STIGAL DYNAMIC plasma-gas cutting machine was built in 2014 in Poland by STIGAL Marcin Stępień. The machine is used for the precision cutting of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 60 mm. The cutting process is performed automatically on a work table with dimensions of 3000 x 2000 mm. The CEBORA PLASMA PROF source generates a stable plasma arc, which ensures effective cutting of the material and maintains optimal operating parameters even during intensive use.

A spark shield is installed next to the plasma torch to protect the eyes of the operator and anyone else in the vicinity of the operating machine. Thanks to this, the operator can carry out their work without the need to wear safety glasses during most of the cutting process. The shield is raised and lowered directly from the control panel.

Fumes and dust generated during cutting are removed by an electronically controlled extraction system. The operator can use the pre-programmed operating cycles for individual extraction sections or adjust their settings to suit a specific process, improving dust extraction efficiency.

The STIGAL DYNAMIC is equipped with WRYKRYS CAD/CAM software, which enables part design and cutting path preparation. Based on the prepared design, the software automatically generates the control code and transfers it to the machine’s control system. The NESTING module further optimises the arrangement of shapes on the sheet metal, allowing more efficient material use and reducing waste. As a result, the STIGAL plasma-gas cutting machine is suitable for both single-piece and series production.
