Complete coil-fed cutting and feeding line for disc production
Composed of:
• Feeder/Decoiler: LARA DEMAE-10000/100/1400-D
• Cutter: TIMAC TZZ-1604 with double-station stacker
• Shear and feed table up to 1400 mm by LARA
Condition: In operation, ready for production. Designed mainly for
working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
The installation combines a servo-driven straightener-feeder from LARA
with a TIMAC circular shear, scrap-cutting shear, and automatic
double-station stacker, allowing for continuous, precise, and safe
operation.
Main components:
Hydraulic motorized decoiler with loading cart and loop control via
laser sensor. Equipped with safety barriers in the coil loading area
for optimal visibility during the decoiling and cutting process.
Combined straightener-feeder with 11 rollers and AC servomotor
controlled by PLC + touchscreen HMI.
TIMAC circular shear with adjustable blades and diameter adjustment
system.
Automatic double-station stacker with suction-cup arm and interlocked
safety doors.
Integrated pneumatic and electrical systems with Unidrive inverters
and a single control cabinet. Two control panels—one for each
machine group—each with a touchscreen, interconnected to ensure
communication and coordination between the LARA and TIMAC sections.
Table for sheet scrap removal and LARA shear.
