This is a fully automatic gluing system, solid wood panels, stair treads, window scantlings and beams can be produced.
Wood length from 0.60 meters to 3.20 meters, thickness from 1.5 to 10 cm. The facility can be operated by 2 people.
Depending on the thickness of the wood, 18 - 30 cbm can be processed.
An area of 20 x 45 meters is needed for the plant.
After the separation cut, the wood is glued into the width endlessly pressed, then the width and the individual lengths are sawn, rotated 90 degrees and then sanded from below and in the 2nd belt sander from above.
The panels are thus ready for oiling or varnishing of your choice.
