Stretch winders VOGEL VERPACKUNGEN KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S – Economic is our cheapest way to purchase a semi-automatic stretch wrapper. This is a demonstration system.

Only the application and separation of the film has to be done manually with this wrapper. The model is sturdily built with a weight of 600 kg and is designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm high.

With adjustable speeds of the turntable and foil slide, as well as the mechanical
brake, you can adapt the automated winding well to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings. There are programs for "up only" winding, "up & down" (cross winding) and "rainproof" winding available. If necessary, the winder can also be controlled manually.

If the winder is to be used in a different place in between, it can be easily lifted and moved over integrated cut-outs with a forklift.

Optionally, an access ramp and a photo cell for detecting dark packages or black foil are available.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to switch from manual to automatic wrapping of your pallets with as little investment as possible. This machine is ideal for shippers with pallet volumes of up to approx. 10 pallets per working day
