Plant description
Automatic WAHLER wire strapping machine (WDU-750-BDFB), construction
year 1995, for the strapping of paving stones and high concrete
products (bricks, curbs, etc.).
Strapping height minimum: 30 mm above OK board
Strapping frame size 3 (1,500 x 1,250 mm => board size 1,400 x
1,100 mm)
Components:
- Base frame to accommodate the lifting frame frame in welded
Profile steel construction
- Clamping and closure unit for galvanized flat steel
wire 1.60 x 0.60 mm
- Double lifting device for 2 strapping at different heights
(adjustable)
- Strapping frame in welded angle steel version with
pneumatically operated wire guide rails made of
highly wear-resistant steel
- Stone compactor, acting on all sides
- Wire unwinding device
- Pneumatic equipment with valves, compressed air cylinders, G5648398 etc.
- Control cabinet G5648398 with PLC control AEG Logistat A 120
In 2018, a second, used system (without control) was installed at
KOJU.
This plant is currently owned by KOJU. The frame is dismantled and
needs to be repaired. The closure module of this system has been
already overhauled (repair value 3,500 € plus VAT).
The plant was shut down and dismantled in 2021.
