Pneumatic filling machine with four filling stations

The filling machine has a pneumatic drive for the linear movement of the dosing piston in the stainless steel cylinder.
Limit switches define very precisely the volume that the dosing piston sucks in.

The dosing volume is set manually with a milliliter scale and a handwheel.
This model requires only a compressed air connection, electricity is not required.

The suction and dosing speed can be adjusted to the product viscosity by means of throttle valves.

With an optional pneumatic manual screwdriver, the containers can be closed immediately after filling.

The machine table can be rolled and can be moved to another room for cleaning after the end of production.
