The automatic fine blanking press combines several workpiece machining stages into one precise process and significantly saves time and effort. As a result of fine blanking, parts with a maximum thickness of 6 mm obtain a characteristic even surface and accurately defined edges that cannot be achieved with other machines. The FEINTOOL GKP-F hydraulic punching press features a robust, stable construction and a total force of 160 tonnes. Offered with the machine a sheet metal feeder with a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a width of 210 mm allows for completely automatic machining. FEINTOOL GKP F 100T fine blanking press was manufactured in Switzerland in 1974. The machine, distinguished by its robust, stable design, can perform several demanding machining steps in one precise process, saving time and labour. Workpieces with a maximum thickness of 6 mm thus achieve an extremely even surface and precisely defined edges that are impossible to achieve on other machines.
