JINHU GROUP JHE 45-33 extrusion line was manufactured in 2017 in China by Shanghai Jinhu Pipe Equipment Co., LTD. The line is currently configured to produce innovative polyethylene (PE) pipes with a diameter of 40 mm, designed for ground heat exchangers. The pipes feature a star-shaped cross-section, which, compared to conventional round pipes, provides a larger heat exchange surface area. By replacing the extrusion head and calibrator, the JINHU GROUP extrusion line can also produce round pipes and profiles. The pipes feature a star-shaped cross-section and an inner layer with nanosilver, with antifungal and antibacterial properties. Compared with conventional round pipes, the star-shaped cross-section provides a larger heat exchange surface area.
