ELECTROMASHSTAN EMC-SP/3/05 Sigma roll forming line was built in 2019 in Ukraine by ElectroMashStan. The line is designed for the production of precision Sigma-type cold-formed profiles, which are used in among others steel structures, load-bearing elements and supports. The production cycle is fully automatic, thanks to the use of an automatic sheet decoiler. The strip with a maximum thickness of 3 mm is uncoiled towards the workspace, where it is formed using rollers. The ELECTROMASHSTAN roll forming line offered is fully complete.
