High-quality airpad machine from a reputable manufacturer. Suitable for the production of individually defined air-filled protective and filling elements made of PA and PE film. Usually, four air cushions are created per work cycle. Different formats can be produced. For this purpose, 10 programs are available for storing several parameters. By calling up the corresponding program in the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and individually defined filling levels can be produced. The resulting air cushion membranes are wound into rolls by means of a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine automatically shuts down.
