Farina Trabattoni wood-fired coffee roaster for sale, 10 Kg/cycle, year 1958. Farina Trabattoni is an Italian family and artisan company that designs and builds wood-fired toasters since 1910. Revised and fully functional machine, maintained in excellent condition and condition. Trabattoni toasters are very robust machines and have a special double-cylinder oven made of insulating and refractory bricks to guarantee uniform heat. They are machines designed to guarantee a high quality product. Thanks to the brick oven and the cast iron castings we can toast with wood directly in the machine. Wood roasting is simple, cheap, but above all it guarantees a high quality roasted coffee. Upon request, it is possible to disassemble the machine and install it in your premises. We are selling our 1958 Probat G45. This machine is always been serviced by Schuilenburg (Probat dealer in Belgium) also updated in the early nineties. Machine is still operational. Probes are fitted on the machine and connected to Cropster at the moment. Gas regulation is upgraded to Krom Schroder, fully automatic ignition. Possibility to reconnect the water spraying in the machine as well (to reduce the lost of weight) I disconected it. There is a Probat smoke burner as well, but the engine(Weishaupt) needs replacement.
